Our maintenance services comes with parts and labour and there are various service response times to suit your business requirements. Response to requests within 4hrs once the correct details are confirmed and contact with the end user is made. Client is to provide fault diagnosis troubleshooting of required parts. (Note: Sites greater than 50km beyond the CBD will attract a 25 percent loading to cover additional travel or parts shipment costs)

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then you can:

• Return it to your local MRMS Solutions Group store to initiate an inspection / service call.

• For flooring products: Returns are accepted for change of mind or oversupply quantities in the follow circumstances. (Excludes floor, wall and feature tiles)
