• Each VMM cluster can consist of at most seven Synology NAS. Licenses cannot be refunded once activated.
• Before purchasing licenses, please ensure that your Synology NAS supports VMM.
• Each license can only be used for one Synology VMM cluster at a time.
• Purchased licenses can be migrated.
• License periods cannot be extended by activating multiple licenses at once.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then you can:

• Return it to your local MRMS Solutions Group store to initiate an inspection / service call.

• For flooring products: Returns are accepted for change of mind or oversupply quantities in the follow circumstances. (Excludes floor, wall and feature tiles)
