Approved MSPs (Management Service Providers) can offer their customers managed threat detection and response (MDR) on top of WatchGuard EDR, WatchGuard EPDR, Advanced EPDR, and AD360. The dedicated team of cybersecurity experts leverages the Zero-Trust Application Service, Threat Hunting Service, the visibility provided by those products, and the security analytics built into our Unified Security Platform to monitor, detect, and guide the WatchGuard SOC response to sophisticated threats. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then you can:

• For flooring products: Returns are accepted for change of mind or oversupply quantities in the follow circumstances. (Excludes floor, wall and feature tiles)
