How to order: We need to get the MAC addresses of the handsets we need to register the licenses to. Once this is done, we have everything set up to generate the license keys. We will send you the SFB firmware to be flashed on the handsets as well as the licence.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Australian Consumer Law) then you can:

• Return it to your local MRMS Solutions Group store to initiate an inspection / service call.

• For flooring products: Returns are accepted for change of mind or oversupply quantities in the follow circumstances. (Excludes floor, wall and feature tiles)
